This 647 high fenced acre ranch is a turnkey hill country hunting ranch fit for the weekend hunter or the person looking to entertain clients. Upon reaching the ranch, you will be welcomed by a beautiful stone gate entrance with electric keypad for security as well as ease in gaining access to the ranch. The beautiful ranch house is spacious with a scenic view of one of the ranch’s ponds. The ranch also has a large barn for storage of ranch equipment and tools. There is also a 60×20 equipment shed with gates to store hay/feed to keep the animals out. There is a covered shooting range that is excellent for safe and year around target shooting. The ranch is located in NE Real County, an approximate 45-mile drive west of Kerrville and a 110-mile drive from San Antonio. The ranch entrance is located 2 miles South of the Hwy 41 and Hwy 83 intersection.

The ranch is accessed by an all-weather caliche road 3-mile 60-foot road which is owned fee title by the ranch owners that is in excellent shape. The road fronts on Hwy 83 for easy access but also maintains the privacy, security and unwanted traffic access that property on the highway inadvertently has issues with.

The terrain consists of gently rolling hills and long draws that offer beautiful views for miles. Tree and brush cover is fairly thick with live oaks, Spanish oak, shin oak, and cedar, and there are several meadows flourishing with native grasses. The ranch has undergone an extensive (approximately 1/3) removal and mulching cedar but leaving the draws and all desirable wildlife habitat for cover.

The ranch is full of exotics including Axis, Fallow, Aoudad, Gemsbok, Mouflon, Addax, Oryx, Blackbuck, Texas Dall Rams, Black Hawaiian Rams and Sika. The owners have introduced over the years many South Texas whitetails which were released on the ranch to enhance the genetics on the ranch. There are #2 – 5-acre DMP pens on the ranch specifically to improve the whitetail genetics on the ranch that can be used as soft release pens according to TPWD regulations. There are many turkeys and hogs on the ranch, and the dove hunting is great.

There are 3 water wells with one being electric and two being equipped with a solar electric pump. One of these wells feeds the pond to have year-round water in the pond for wildlife, water troughs in the pasture and DMP pens.
